Delivery Service & Term

Local Delivery :

FREE DELIVERY in Hong Kong for remote area for online orders valued over HK $ 450. (Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Island requires HK$ 600)

If any residential address locates outside the “Remote Area”, HKD 20 “Surcharge” will be charged.

For delivery, a $ 70 delivery fee applies for online orders under min order value HK $ 450 (Discovery Bay, Ma Wan and Island requires HK$ 600)

Our company has the final decision whether the delivery address is consider address covered by the Free Delivery service areas (this all depends on our courier and logistic companies service coverage and costs). If you have any concerns about above arrangement, please contact us.

Oversea Delivery :

Buyer need to pay the shipping cost and we will quote the shipping cost after checking

Delivery Term :

• In general, on the condition the items are in stock, the delivery lead time is about 2 - 7 working days, except when there is bad weather (which might take more days to delivery). Same day delivery by adding additional charge which we can quote for you if necessary.
• Our delivery service does not cover locations that are not directly accessible by courier trucks. For most of the village houses, we will confirm case by case and additional charge may involved.
• For building which the floors that are not directly accessible by elevators, the fee for walking up stair is HK $ 50 per floor
• Extra delivery charge might incurred if you required the delivery person to walk a long distance from the parking. (This will normally be collected by the delivery person, they will inform you upfront if such a charge is required)
• Delivery service charges do not include parking fees, entrance fees, registration fees, etc. These fees must be paid by the customer in cash to driver.
• We will try our best to deliver at the scheduled time and location. If delivery is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district, or other factors, Kids Buddy shall not be liable for any loss or damage.
